I have always been skeptical of most new age belief systems, so you will understand my surprise when - after what felt like only five minutes of breathwork under Sula's guidance - I found myself in 10th century Scotland experiencing the core cause of all my relationship woes. Until that exact moment, I didn't even believe in past lives, let alone how they could influence my current life. Even now, weeks later, I am still digesting the many implications and ramifications of that one instant. Thanks again Sula, for opening my eyes and shaking awake my soul.

My first LRT was 20 years ago and it was life changing!
The LRT gives simple methods to access who we are as well as how and what to do to let go of what does not serve us and embrace those aspects of ourselves that we want. The processes done in the LRT can be used individually or with others. These skills that I learned during the seminar, I have used every day in my personal life as well as my professional life to help patients get in touch with what is going on in their bodies. The LRT is about all relationships. It covers our relationship with ourselves, family, friends, co-workers, partners, kids, neighbors, even our personal relationship to God.
When the LRT returned to Florida in 2006, I again attended the seminar. WOW!!! It again brought me to another level of joy, peace, clarity and direction.
